Our Apple cider Vinegar is made in Tasmania in a very unique way of treating vinegars like wine. Therefore fermenting and then aging them in casks. There is nothing but Certified Organic apples in this vinegar. The honey is Made with the most deliciously floral and medicinal honey in the world, Certified Organic Tasmanian Leatherwood. The Elderberries and all other herbs, roots and flowers are top of the line and Certified Organic. 

Directions: 

Supplement:

10 ml or 2 teaspoon doses, up to twice a day. On its own, mixed with water for a drink or topped on cheese or baked goods.

For cold and Flu Symptoms: 

10 ml or 2 teaspoons every 3 hours or as needed. The doses should be kept small, just to coat the throat but always consistent and frequent doses when sick with Cold & Flu Symptoms.

Warning: Do not have too much at a time, no matter how delicious, it is potent medicine and it can have a laxative effect. Small and frequent doses always. 

Other Recommendations:

If there is a fever, a very strong tea made with only elderflowers should be implemented with this until the fever breaks. Usually two strong cups back to back will break the fever.

Use in conjuction with colloidal silver and high quality iodine for cold and flu symptoms.
